I just came from a Youth Cell Conference hosted by our church. Ted Stump from High Gear Publishing presented a full course of youth cell information. I believe more than half of our crowd were high school students. Not only can Ted teach the cell concepts and philosophy, but he can also light a fire under a teenager to go ahead and lead. Listening to Ted and reading his manual on student cell groups has opened my eyes to a great big world of lost souls that can only be won by teens themselves. 	Word of Grace Church Mesa, Arizona Dear Ted, Greetings! I want to thank you for the excellent leadership you are giving us through the process of implementing Student Led Cell Groups in our student ministry. The training seminar on Saturday was not only informative, but anointed of God. The feedback I have received from parents is overwhelmingly positive. In fact, one mother told me how difficult it is to keep her daughter's attention for any kind of presentation. However, her daughter told her of how absolutely much she enjoyed the whole day, and that the entire seminar kept her glued to her chair with her eyes, mind and heart wide open. We are successfully implementing student-led cell groups and we know that the Holy Spirit has led us in our relationship with you and High Impact Ministries. 	World Team Canada Toronto, Ontario Dear Ted, Thank you for your recent trip to Toronto and facilitating the "Youth Cells" Conference. All of the 25 churches present were greatly blessed and challenged for this new paradigm of Youth Ministries.
